1) Who has had the best off season, workout wise? Who gained the most strength from last season to now ? Who squats the most and power cleans the most? I think those are the most important . Thanks. - Gregg
Out of all the guys I've seen, I'd say Rahim Moore and Kevin Prince. Moore is getting huge, and I'd expect him to supplement his ball-hawk skills with some hard knocks. Prince, meanwhile, seems to be adding good weight, and with the pounding a QB takes, he'll need it. He was sidelined last year for other reasons - jaw, head, etc. - but a quarterback needs to be able to take a pounding. UCLA doesn't release official numbers, so I can't tell you who squats or cleans the most.

2) Do you see the men's baseball team making it to Omaha this year and how far do you think the women's basketball team will make it in the tournament? - Anonymous
Way too early to tell for the baseball team, though I'd put their 1-2 rotation up with anyone's in the country. I think Nikki Caldwell will lead the Bruins to the second round.

3) Do you think kevin prince can be a great qb who leads ucla to a pac title and rose bowl because crn and cnc say he's the one and chow what's prince not brehaut so what do you think if he stays healthy he's the one? - Anonymous
Uh, yeah, sure. I think you're asking if Kevin Prince is capable of leading UCLA to the Rose Bowl. If the talent around him improves and the offensive line continues to grow, yes, in two years.

4) Also what about franklin has he gotten 10 pound stronger and if he has do you think he will be a 1,000 yard rusher and 20 touchdown number guy? - Anonymous
With Chow's offense and the other talent in the backfield, I think 20 touchdowns is a big stretch, but I could see Franklin approaching 1,000 yards.

5) Do you think josh smith and furia will be big impacts this season also will smith be a kick reuturner and a punt returner he should did you see when he jumped over a player on the scout team. - Anonymous
I've been trumpeting up Smith and Fauria for a long time, with Fauria first catching my eye in a scrimmage last summer. Both should be instant-impact players.

What's wrong with the last three comments they looked fine to me i think they asked very important questions and brought up points all bruin fans are thinking and it gave jon a good chance to get his thoughts out about the football team because i think they're going to do well why wouldn't anyone think that after the gains they made since the previous year the coaching staff is doing a great job but this year and the next will be fun to watch no matter what considering the great recruiting classes crn is picking up don't you agree?
