Jon, you may have already answered this question/topic so my apologies if I missed the response. When is UCLA's Pro Day and who are the expected Bruin attendees? Which current Bruin NFL draft prospect has the most to gain and/or lose on Pro Day? Thank as always for the word.

What are the general recruiting goals for the basketball team? They have Lamb, Jones, and Smith. Are they looking to take at least one more PG plus another talented player at any position? What's the coaching staff's priorities?

Do you think that Lee starts at the point next year? Or does that depend outside factors, i.e. how good Zeke Jones ends up being, whether Jerime Anderson can turn things around, and if they have pickup another PG recruit?

Can you post an injury update on Reeves Nelson? Does he play this weekend?

Any transfers expected from the basketball team?

After this pas weekend, it's hard to believe that Bobo Morgan is anything less than a poor defender. Hopefully this changes, but do you disagree with this statement?

DO you think that Howland and staff see Reeves Nelson as a 5 (principally) rather than a 4? Is that why they're pursuing other power forwards, i.e. Terrence Jones and CJ Leslie among others? Or do they just need depth?

This season, Howland has said in different ways that he's disappointed with players who didn't plan out. Yes, Holiday and Gordon are gone and that's part of the problem, but he's also clearly referring to Lee, Anderson, and Morgan. What do you think those three players think about Howland's comments?

Mr. Gold, in your opinion what is the strongest football conference(s) next season? I think the Big Ten and the Pac 10 will be the strongest conferences next year considering the amount of talent returning back for both leagues. Thank you in advance.

Coach of Bullard that defeated him in the CIF Championship game on the road in Fresno (DIV I)thought he wass the best qb to come along in the Central Section in over a decade. What's up with Josh Smith? Has he gained 100 lbs. or am I mistaken? He looked barely able to trudge up and back.

Jon, if the Bruins had beaten CSUF,Port,LBSU,Miss st, and split with Ariz,USC and ORE we would be 20-10 overall and 11-7 in Pac-10 play. Considering that along with a deep run to the Pac-10 championship game do you think we would have made the NCAA tourney? Would you agree that even with this roster and all the issues that BH faced that this should have been the worst case scenario for the Bruins this season?

Who will be starting at SG next season? By the end of next season?

Malcom Lee doesn't have much of an outside game and I'm wondering if they'll need Lamb's outsiding shooting. Honeycutt, Nelson and Smith should work the inside pretty well.

With Carter moving to DT and Love moving to OLB(THANK YOU NEU!!), and the prevailing thought that Ayers does not move to MLB, does Barr come in as OLB or SS??

Why do you keep responding to questions about UCLA making the NIT by saying that the NIT would be excited to have UCLA? The NIT doesn't take teams with a losing record; there is no possible way that UCLA plays in the NIT or the CBI. Shouldn't you let your readers know this? The only way UCLA gets to the post-season is by winning the PAC-10 tournament.

Who will be our 1st commit for our next football recruiting class? Is anyone close to pulling the trigger?

Do you know of any changes in the basketball coaching staff?

Is Ben Olson really going to pro day? Has he been training for it? Does he really have a shot, or is he aiming for a practice squad or....?

Do you think that Milton Knox will have a bigger role next season and will he make the 3 back depth chart?

What do you think about Glenn Love moving to Linebacker? Do you think he and Akeem Ayers could possibly cause havoc on the line despite Love's lack of skill at the position?

Are you a little surprised/disappointed with all the negative sentiment towards Ben Howland?

Jon, many have been critical of Dragovic's shot selection this season, including myself at times. But can you explain to everyone how having an effective PG helps especially spot up shooters like Drag and Roll.

Jon, I know we are still in the mix for McCallum. But, considering the current PG situation and the recent success of UCLA getting guards into the NBA I thought we should have been in the mix for Knight, Mayes, Franklin, Selby and Joseph just to name a few. Do you know if BH made a run at any of these elite PG's and if he did how come we couldn't snag one? Was it due to grades, or lack of interest in UCLA from those players?

Did UCLA not recruit Derrick Williams (ARIZ)? I don't recall his name coming up -- is he kind of a late bloomer?

Is Micheal Roll good enough/interested in playing pro ball in Europe or elsewhere? I assuming he's not athletic enough to survive in the NBA, but maybe I'm wrong.

The baseball team is playing well I hear, but where can I follow them? The official site is average at best. Where can I get some other recaps, previews, editorials and links to what's going on with them?
