UCLA lands atop Rivals baseball rankings

The 25-3 UCLA Bruins climbed to the top of the Rivals.com baseball rankings today after taking a weekend series at Oregon State.

Here’s an excerpt:
“UCLA sure has come a long way since two seasons ago.
The Bruins were ranked No. 3 to begin the 2008 season, but they consistently stumbled on the way to a 33-27 overall record and just an NCAA regional finish. But this week, the Bruins are showing their progress in the best way possible by earning the top spot in the Rivals.com Top 25 for the first time in school history.”
