Pac-10/ Big 12 Hardwood series matchups announced

From UCLA:

The Big 12 and Pac-10 Conferences have announced the dates and matchups for the 2010 Big 12/Pac-10 Hardwood Series. The series will be in its fourth year after starting competition during the 2007-08 season.

“I always enjoy reading the comments on this blog to find out why every single press release is bad news for UCLA. Where do all the nimrods come from?”

    Playing Kansas is bad news.

Why/how did USC and Washington get the extra game?

  • Slippery Pete

SC and UW get extra games because it is the Big TWELVE vs. the Pac TEN. Which conference has two extra teams that need to be accommodated? I believe the two Pac 10 teams with extra games is rotated around the conference. Since this is the 4th year of the challenge I believe that UCLA will get two games in the series in the 2011-2012 season.

    Hey Slippery Pete:
No kidding! 12-10 =2! I was asking why or how USC & UW got the extra game? What were the details? Was there a coin toss, lottery, or are they rotating two teams from the Pac 10 each year of the series etc? Is that clear now?
