Weekly Answers, Pt. 3

Check out the latest batch of weekly answers…

1) How many football players are left from the Dorrell era? – JB
Seventeen, by my count.

2) What does the post spring depth chart look like?
Offense:
Prince (Brehaut), Franklin (Coleman), Rosario (Carroll), Embree (Smith), Harkey (Fauria), Kia (Sheller), Baca (Hasiak), Maiava (Taylor), Williams (Taylor), Harris (Downey), Presley (Thigpen)
Defense:
Jones (Graham), Carter (Carter), Chandler (blank), Holmes (Tepa), Ayers (Bowens), Sloan (Larimore), Westgate (Love), Price (Viney), Moore (Hilliard), Dye (McKay), Hester (Abbott)
Chow said after the scrimmage that Coleman would be the No. 1 if the season started that day, but Franklin got 18 carries to Coleman’s six. I would not be surprised to see some shuffling on the line if Kia is 100 percent healthy. Larimore and Love could also end up starters.

3) Whom would you want to see as our next offensive coordinator? This will be Chow’s last year, snooze feast. – 10 years gone
Way too early to say that. Judge Chow if this offensive line is workable.

4) Do we have any chance with WR Kasen Williams from WA? – Anonymous
Doubt it.

5) What was going through your mind when you heard the following: With the 25th pick to the 2010 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos select…Tim Tebow, quarterback, Florida. – Fan4Life
I was absolutely stoked. Then I found out they traded three players for him, and I was much less excited. It’s one thing to reach on a guy, an entirely different thing trade three valuable picks.
