The Legend, the man, the pinnacle of UCLA sports. Today i feel like a member of my family has died. IT is sad and i never wanted to acknowledge it untill today that as a university we peaked with Wooden's success and we will never come close to replicating being a major sports power especailly in Men's atheltics again. A few wins here and there but never sustained dominance. RIP coach
What is important to remember, especially for all southern cal fans, is that no team ever has, nor will any ever, come close to replicating that type of single sport NCAA dominance again. Not UCLA, not cheating SC, no team.
