So sad to hear the news today, that you had passed away. I dreamed of becoming a BRUIN one day, because you showed us all the way. To live your life with no regrets, to be your best is as good as it gets. To be a Champion within the lines, and outside a class act student athlete who always shines. I'll never forget that one lunch day in 2006 when at Apple Pan I would say, "Coach Wooden, will you allow me the honor of taking a picture with you this fine day?" Then you smiled back and graciously nodded your head, in the presence of GREATNESS I would find myself instead. RIP John R. Wooden, GREAT Coach, Husband, Father, Leader, Teacher, Champion, BB Player, Bruin, and the Human Being we ALL aspire to be. Born 1910 - Eternity!!!!
