IMO, having the O-line come together enables all the other things to happen. We have 4 of 5 starters back and even some of the reserves have started games before. Barry injury I think this unit rises to the top half of the Pac-whatever.
How about adding in:
Will JG answer the 224 questions from previous weeks that have yet to be answered? Dohn never skipped questions - some just seem to fade into oblivion.
I agree with most of what Mike H says. I just don't know what a barry injury is.
You can have a productive offense with a skilled QB, but without a complete offensive unit. It is harder to have a productive offense with a mediocre QB, no matter how good the O-line and other skill position players perform. Said another way, a top flight QB can hide offensive shortcomings better than the other way around. My conclusion is Prince, or whomever plays QB, must step up for the Bruins to move to the top of the Pac-10 (soon to be Pac-12).
Note to Bruin NC - Dohn skipped over many questions when he did Q&A, and not just because they were more than 50 words. There were topics he either wanted to avoid addressing in his blog or didn't know the answer.
"Anonymous" - what an original name. I specifically remember Dohn's 50 word requirement - what's so hard about asking a question in 50 words or less? This isn't war and peace. That being said, he answered all questions that were specific and on topic. No one cared about how he liked his burger cooked at Tommy's or whether he wore matching socks on game day.
