Honestly, what is it with our players breaking the fifth metatarsal bone in their foot? I think that's at least 5 players with that exact break, including Ben Olson a couple times. There has to be something wrong with the shoes...the Adidas sponsorship is really killing this team year after year.

If you break a bone in your foot 90% of the time its the 5th metatarsal. It is a very common fracture, especially in athletes. You can fracture it just rolling your ankle bad.

Sorry, but it ain't the shoes...or the field. It's called bad luck. Tons of other programs play on the exact same kind of turf and wear the exact same kind of spikes.
