BRILLIANT Pistol offense breakdown

ESPN's Bruce Feldman included a link to this incredible breakdown of the Pistol offense, and it really explains a lot about why UCLA (and Nevada) is having so much success running the ball: Worth the read, trust me

The Feldman article talk a lot about UCLA, its toughness, Chow & CRN's gamble with the pistol, and how it has obviously paid off. He said UCLA was the talk of the college football world this weekend, with no one paying attention to 4-0 USC.
A great write-up if you have access to ESPN insider.

My hats off to the bruins you guys represented the Pac-10 well on a big stage. The five texas turnovers were definitely the difference in the game and not the pistol offense though.

Great win by the Bruins yesterday (coming from a diehard SC fan). Congrats to Bruin nation and kudos to the team and coaching staff for improving week to week. Anyone who has ever lived in TX (and isnt a Longhorn) knows just how sweet that win is. Very impressive job - will be interesting to see how the Pac 10 plays out - outside of WSU, every team looks pretty good. UCLA presents some tough match up issues for my Trojans.

Yesterday was a great day for UCLA and the Pac 10!!! The game was a classic butt whooping. Of course, this does not make our season, this only motivates us. I'm sure many more recruits are paying attention.

Thought of a new word: "Normheisel," because the minds of Norm Chow and Rick Neuheisel are really starting to come together.
