Larimore update part 2

| | Comments (9) |

In all likelihood, Larimore's surgery next week means he will miss spring practice, which starts in early April. Unless he were to recover WAY ahead of schedule, we can assume Larimore misses spring football, too.

I am not giving up on the next 3 games and we all had hope of a better season, but....you have to admit the team this year has been hammered by injuries.

In my opinion if the Bruins are even a little more healthy we have 2 more wins at this point.

Injuries happen to all teams, but this is ridiculous!

Lame postings...how come injuries, transfers, and youth don't affect LSU, Auburn, Oregon, Boise State and TCU?

LSU -- Depth & an SEC school who won Nat'l title not too long ago
Auburn -- Only good this year. Where were they the last couple of years...
Oregon -- Depth... Never heard about Oregon until Nike pumped in a ton of cash into the program and they started recruiting in SoCal....
Boise State -- Play cream puffs after October 1st every year, so don't hear about injuries.
TCU -- Never had weak azz Karl Dorrell as a recruiter

Let Rick keep recruiting players and UCLA will have the depth so you won't have to hear about the injury bug JoJo... UCLA would have the depth @ LB and DB but is it his fault that Shirley & the Richardsons can't keep their hands to themselves...

@JoJoBruin, "Lame postings...how come injuries, transfers, and youth don't affect LSU, Auburn, Oregon, Boise State and TCU?"

Nobody said the Bruins would be an undefeated or a 1 loss team without the injuries, just that they would have a couple of more wins.

The Bruins are not close to being on par with the above mentioned teams and therefore cannot absorb the loss of personnel as some upper echelon teams can and do.

You ask a question like that and then have the gall to say someone else has a "lame posting".

Maybe you should learn something about sports before you post. Not all teams are equal and the loss of certain players directly affects some teams more than others.

Nice breakdown JV. I agree, these kids are all really young still and would still be backups on most of those teams mentioned. I think strength and conditioning was an issue before this year too.
