A pretty cool web site - Stadium Journey - sent me a link to their latest adventure, the Rose Bowl, and asked me to share it with UCLA fans. The goal is to offer the fan experience to other fans, and that's awesome. Check it out

From the Stadium Journey write up:

"I was shocked to see at least a quarter of the crowd leave before what proved to be the game deciding play."

...as was I. I agree with the 3/5 stars given for Fans, even as I was one of the fans in attendance. Yes, it takes awhile to get out of the Rose Bowl after a game, but just bring the BBQ back out and chill for an hour or two until traffic clears!

I've been going to sporting events in L.A. since the mid-60s. Dodgers, Rams, Raiders, UCLA, USC, football, basketball. L.A. fans leave early in every venue. It's a tradition.

Leaving early is common at any LA sporting event. But I don't understand why people leave early when it's a good game.
