Dee’s Triple Chin – I’m pretty sure it was a healthy Keenum who was down 21-3 before tearing his knee last year. Not sure about the score, but the Bruins should win this game.

As much as it pains me, Houston has QB. We don’t. And it’s on the road.

  • Peatstinks

UCLA 37 Houston 17. Houston plays a spirited 1st quarter but gets worn down by Ucla’s superior athletes and size

why is everyone expecting us to score so many points? its our defense that has been strong, not our offense, and we don’t have a solid QB, how are people expecting to put up 30 let alone 40

So 64% of y’all think Bruins will win by at least 8 its, based on what? Cut feeling.

Going into this season, they should be favored by no more than 3 pts, and that would be home games only.

Let’s see if they can even beat sorry Colorado first.

Amazing. Try drinking sumata coffee to wake u up.

I’m with “venividi” above, when did we become an offensive juggernaut? I will be shocked if we score 30+ points Saturday (unless DEF scores 3 TDs). Plus, we’ve got no kicker.

Ucla 20 (1 missed extra point)
    Hou 19 (4 FGs & 1 TD)

Guys need to be realistic about how many points our offense can score. Also, Houston is a 3.5 point favorite right now.

    UCLA 31
    Houston 21

Jonathan Franklyn rushes for 185 yards ant 2 TDs

Coleman runs for 75 yards and 1 TD

Brehaut 17/24 220 yards and 1 TD (no picks)

Kip Smith kicks a 47 yarder and on defense
Datone Jones is referred to by the announcers as “NFL ready” and touted as one of the premier pass rushes in the country with 2.5 sacks…one sack by Cassius Marsh and another by Patrick Larimore. Dietrich Riley will make the ESPN list for hardest hits as he knocks the helmet off a receiver…and the OLine will get lots of credit for excellent blocking.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say:
    Houston 38
    uckla 34

I just think this defense is completely overrated and even though Houston has a porous defense and will no doubt allow ucla to score some points, Case Keenum and company will bring a gun to this knife fight.

Enjoy Neuheisel’s last season. I just pray you guys aren’t lucky enough to pry away Chris Petersen. Otherwise, your next coach is certain to be equally mediocre to Rick (as long as y’all have Dan Guerrero running the show over in Westwood)
