Fire away with questions for this week's Q&A. Please don't post new questions on the answers section, because I don't always check the comments. Save them for next week.

There has been quite a few people on the basketball transferring out of UCLA in the past few years. How much of that can be attributed to Coach Howland's personality?
Do school work, distance from home, clash with other players, etc... factor into the decision?
- Thanks for the great work, Jon. Happy new year!

Will UCLA put out a correct depth chart for the Bowl game? They have put out the same depth chat for several weeks now . I know as a fact that the Defense depth chart is substantially different than what they are releasing. Is this just laziness on the part of the SID or is the laziness that of the coaching staff?

Jon, even though the Bruins have won 5 straight games, the line-up just doesn't seem right. Tyler lamb had not improved since he's been at UCLA, while Powell has at time shown that he belongs on the floor as one of the starters. How soon do you think we will see Powell in the starting line up?

I like Coach Mora's use of the word commitment. If the players sign on to commitment they should begin to play with passion and a desire to play to their full potential. In my opinion we haven't lacked talent the last eleven years. Just players who refuse to rise up and play with passion consistently. Do you believe it will be difficult for Coach Mora to instill commitment in returning players who are set in their ways?

Will Mora's/Mazzone's Multiple Offense = Neuheisel/Chow 2.0[No!]?

What impact can Joseph Fauria have in the new offense?

I've heard that Carlino was essentially bullied and hazed into transferring by Reeves Nelson. Is this true? Of course, I've also heard that Carlino felt that he had commitments from Howland regarding position and playing time which weren't fulfilled. I'm just curious how much Nelson's behavior was a reason behind Carlino's transfer.

What is the status of the kicking game for next year including recruits to address the horrible field goal/extra point situation? it was certainly one of the worst in UCLA history this season.

If scout.com's recruiting rankings are to be believed, only four schools had Top 10 classes in football each year of the three years 08/09/10: Alabama, LSU, u$c and UCLA. Of course, only one of these four can be especially stands out for non-accomplishment on the field. Why is this? Scout knew what they were talking about with the other three schools and not with UCLA? An especially bad performance by the UCLA coaching staff? Is it because teams that I follow are destined to have a lot more drama than most other teams?

What do you think about the large number of CB recruits in this class? Any more to come? Who will stay? Who do you like the best based on potential?

What are the rules around how much interaction Coach Howland can have with his players during the off-season? I ask specifically with respect to Josh Smith, who clearly didn't do enough over the summer. If Coach Howland can't specifically enforce a conditioning programme in the off-season, can he...strongly encourage...one?

There are some rumors about Cassius Marsh transferring... what do you think about it? Big loss or not so much?

After De La Salle's impressive win in the CIF open division finals, should UCLA be looking to form a raiding party for their senior class?

Anthony Jefferson was lauded as a corner who could play at the next level. Do you think he has that, and will he show it next year?
