It is with great pleasure that I announce the Daily News’ College Football iPad App available now for free on the App Store. After weeks of delay waiting for approval from Apple, the Los Angeles Newspaper Group released its visually stunning and interactive app filled with great UCLA and Pac-12 content.

The app includes:

– Features on UCLA
– Player depth charts
– Video interviews
– Links to our UCLA blog
– Season schedules
– Heisman predictions
– A pre-season look at all the Pac-12 football teams

I’m all about Apple. I shoot and edit my videos on my iPhone 4s and write my articles/features and blog from my iPad that docks on my iPad keyboard. Simply put, I love technology, and after I downloaded our app I was simply blown away. It’s sleek. It’s informative. It’s technology at its best. A big ups goes to our higher-ups, including executive editor Michael Anastasi (@ma_anastasi) and executive sports editor Gene Warnick (@Gene_Warnick).
