Top-10 defensive backs visiting UCLA

Tahaan Goodman and Priest Willis are both visiting Westwood this weekend. The former is’s No. 4 safety — making him the top uncommitted safety left in the country — and’s No. 7. Willis (Temple, Ariz.) is ranked as Rivals’ 10th-best safety, but Scout has him as a five-star corner who could potentially switch positions.

Goodman, who played at Rancho Cucamonga, told LANG that his original plans to go to LSU were scrapped because he didn’t receive an itinerary from defensive backs coach Corey Raymond. Goodman has also visited Washington, Oklahoma and USC, but hasn’t yet found an out-of-state school he’d feel comfortable attending.

In addition to the aforementioned schools, he is also considering Texas A&M, Miami, Florida and Florida State.

  • Thanks for the info, Jack. Keep plugging away and building relationships on the inside. Hopefully you will be invited onto the Petros and Money Show at some point. Hands down, the best LA sports talk.

Is that why this blog is completely dead? Because jack is busy building inside relationships. That’s extremely rich. I will be PMS before he will, trust me.

At this point, I am convinced that the positive comments are from Jack alts and from family members. I saw at least one post were he self commented as if he were on an alt account. He would have been busted so hard, if this blog had readers left. Now, I don’t think even he cares. Last one out, please turn off the lights.

        • I post positive comments about this blog. I enjoy this blog a great deal. I don’t know Jack and have never met him. I graduated from UCLA in 1995. I don’t hide behind a username either. Your statement is simply false. If you don’t like the blog then don’t come on to the site.

Petros brings good insight re football. Money comes off as trying too hard, his cadence seems forced and unnatural. When they start judging people it becomes grade school banter. Kinda like BN, and at times, the commenters who only complain on this blog.

Who is Jack Wang? Never heard of him?

Wang is often a day late and a dollar short with BRUIN info. I’m not sure how he “got stuck” with this blog assignment. I hope he either step it up or step off. Jon and Brian U are truly missed.
