Tyler Honeycutt dunks over four people in Israeli dunk contest

Tyler Honeycutt only lasted 24 games in the NBA after a two-year stint at UCLA, but he’s still — as Ben Howland would say — making money playing basketball. The former All-Pac-10 selection signed with Ironi Nes Ziona in the Israeli Super League last August, and made SportsCenter by dunking over four people during the all-star contest.

So I guess leaving 2 years early was worth it……because if he’d have stayed the Israeli League opportunity might have been missed?
While at UCLA the kid showed GREAT Athletic talent….but he also demonstrated he was a little “SLOW” when it came to putting it all together…He would have benefited by spending an additional couple of years in college.

Who cares. What a waste of a scholarship that was. He cared more about giving haircuts than getting a degree or contributing to the team.

Another bRuin BUST. Maybe he can get on the O’bannon gravy train since he has no education or business skills. A 99 weeker.

Did he ever come back and graduate with a degree or is he going to be a janitor at the local elementary school?

not impressed. much better to dunk over 1 guy in the US than 4 guys in Israel.
