Kyle Anderson, Jordan Adams, likely to start against Oregon State

Sophomores Kyle Anderson and Jordan Adams will likely return to the starting lineup then UCLA tips off against Oregon State on Sunday at 6 p.m.

The Bruins’ two top players served one-game suspensions during an 87-83 double-overtime loss to Oregon on Thursday for a violation of team rules. Head coach Steve Alford did not guarantee the two players their starting spots, but said they would be back as long as Saturday’s practice went well.

Freshman guards Zach LaVine and Bryce Alford had their first career starts against the Ducks on Thursday to fill the void, with the latter scoring a career-high 31 points.
