Aaron Holiday commits to UCLA, following siblings Jrue and Lauren

Another Holiday is coming to UCLA.

Four-star guard Aaron Holiday, rated the No. 2 point guard in the class of 2015, has committed to the Bruins according to multiple reports. The 6-foot-1 Campbell Hall standout is an exceptional athlete who can score in bunches, recently dropping a 26-point fourth quarter on Viewpoint.

He follows in the footsteps of his brother Jrue and sister Lauren. Jrue played for Ben Howland in the 2008-09 season before leaving for the NBA, and now plays for the New Orleans Pelicans. Lauren is redshirt freshman guard for the UCLA women’s basketball team.

Holiday’s commitment gives the Bruins’ a steady influx of talent at the position, especially as it prepares for life without triple-double threat Kyle Anderson. Five-star point guard Lonzo Ball, a 2016 prospect, also picked UCLA in January.
