UCLA earns No. 4 seed in South, opens NCAA tournament against Tulsa

UCLA’s upset over Arizona in Las Vegas earned a No. 4 seed in NCAA Tournament. The Bruins will open the round of 64 against No. 13 Tulsa on Friday at San Diego State’s Viejas Arena.
