I’m sorry, that was rude of me. I didn’t introduce myself.

Hi, I’m Thuc Nhi (pronounced Took Knee), and I am the new UCLA football beat writer. I come to you from the LA Galaxy/professional soccer beat of the L.A. Daily News and I also covered prep sports in the South Bay. Before that, I was at the University of Washington, where I earned a degree in journalism and mathematics.

It’s a great honor to take over for Jack Wang. He was sensational in this position and I hope to continue his incredible work on the blog and in the paper.

As Jack mentioned in his post, it’s possible you recognize some of my work on Josh Rosen from two years ago. I hope I can provide more memorable pieces this season and beyond. You can expect a dedicated effort to covering the Bruins through multiple avenues. I’ll try to provide unique written stories, videos and photos. I also like to put my math degree to good use, so expect charts.
