UCLA men’s volleyball sweeps No. 3 Stanford

The No. 4 UCLA men’s volleyball team got a convincing 27-25, 25-18, 25-22 sweep over No. 3 Stanford on Thursday at Pauley Pavilion. JT Hatch and Jake Arnitz led the Bruins with 15 and 12 kills, respectively. Hatch got the match-clinching kill to polish off the sweep:

Stanford is the third-best blocking team in the nation, with 2.83 blocks per set, but UCLA outblocked Stanford 9.5-6

Stanford is the third-best hitting team in the nation with a 0.344 hitting percentage, but hit only 0.158 percent Thursday. UCLA held the Cardinal to a -0.029 hitting percentage in the second set.
