UCLA commit Jaelan Phillips just got upgraded to a five-star rating by Rivals. The weakside defensive lineman from Redlands East Valley is a “classic hybrid defensive end/outside linebacker” according to recruiting analyst Adam Gorney.

Quarterback Tate Martell announced his top five Sunday and UCLA is still in the hunt.
