The AP released its all-time top 25 poll on Tuesday and UCLA checked in at No. 17. The Bruins are the highest ranked team to never win a championship (clarification: that is, a championship via AP poll. UCLA’s 1954 championship was through the Coaches’ Poll). UCLA has appeared in 47.23 percent of AP’s more than 1,000 polls in its history, peaking at No. 1 seven times.

The Pac-12 has three teams in the top 25 (No. 5 USC, No. 20 Washington) and seven more in in the top 100 (No. 28 Oregon, No. 32 Stanford, No. 45 California, No. 54 Arizona, No. 59 Washington State, No. 64 Utah, No. 65 Oregon State).
