After previously saying it would close training camp practices due to space concerns at Spaulding Field, UCLA announced Monday that it will allow fans to view the first two weeks of training camp, but only from a distance.

When the Bruins start camp Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 7:15 p.m., fans are invited to view practice from the top of Parking Structure 8, where UCLA Athletics will have viewing space reserved. Parking is $12 a day.

UCLA will host its Fan Appreciation Day on Aug. 12 at 3 p.m. Season ticket holders will be invited to a special reception at the Luskin Conference Center.
