Five-star DE Jaelan Phillips doubles down on UCLA commitment

After several UCLA commits backed off their early pledges to the Bruins, five-star weakside defensive end Jaelan Phillips reaffirmed his commitment on Sunday.

Manning was the fourth early commit to withdraw his pledge since May.
