After a delayed announcement on SportsCenter, Marvin Bagley III said he will reclassify to the 2017 class and play at Duke on Monday. The Sierra Canyon star who was the No. 1 recruit in the 2018 class had whittled his choices down to the Blue Devils, UCLA and USC.
