Wrapping up UCLA’s 22-13 loss to Stanford

Stanford head coach David Shaw said UCLA “kicked our backsides,” but it was the Bruins who were really hurting Saturday night. The Bruins won the turnover battle, sacked Ryan Burns twice and held Christian McCaffrey without a touchdown.

The only thing they didn’t do was finish.

UCLA game GIFs: Stanford comes back for ninth straight victory

UCLA came up just short Saturday night against Stanford, giving up the game-winning touchdown with 24 seconds left after holding the Cardinal out of the end zone for nearly the entire game. It was Stanford’s ninth straight win against the Bruins and sixth in the Jim Mora era.
