Mayor John Pomierski to have first grandchild

Mayor John Pomierski made an announcement during last night's City Council meeting that he and his wife are to be grandparents.

His daughter Danielle and her husband stopped by their house Sunday night to tell them the good news, he said.

This is the first grandchild for the Pomierskis.
