Letters to Santa: Gracie
Helping Out Pets Everyday is an Upland based non-profit organization
that rescues animals. Some of the cats, currently living at PetSmart,
are looking for a loving home this Christmas and wrote letters to Santa
asking to be adopted.

Dear Santa,
My name is Gracie.
I've been renting this small second floor apartment here at the PetSmart Adoption Center from HOPE for a few months now. HOPE was nice enough to let me have it for just looking beautiful.
I usually don't write letters to you, but this year is kind of different. Somehow I ended up alone and without companionship. I don't know what happened, Santa. One day I had a home and the next day, well, I was in the animal shelter along with a bunch of other homeless cats. Whereas they were good to me there, I knew the days were ticking by. That's when HOPE decided to take me in. I'm so grateful they did because now there is hope for me to find a new loving home.
So, Santa, my wish this year is to find a home. I have a bit of an eye problem, but the doctor said it's not a big deal and I can see just perfectly and am still just as pretty as can be!
Love,
Gracie

Gracie is a spayed short haired calico approximately 4 years old.
She has a posterior cataract in her right eye that does not inhibit her vision or mobility.
