Kohl's grand opening Wednesday
Upland's second Kohl's is having a grand opening at 8 a.m. Wednesday.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be at 7:45 a.m.
Residents who have been awaiting to shop in the new store will be able to do so while taking advantage of grand opening specials.
The Kohl's, 233 S. Mountain Avenue, moved into the building in the Mountain Green Shopping Center shortly after Mervyn's left earlier in the year.
Twenty-nine other stores in California will be celebrating their grand opening the same day.
Kohl's is opening 37 stores nationwide, 35 of which are former Mervyn's stores.
