During the past three years, Bianca has worked with Unity House as an ALANA Big Sister mentoring incoming freshman students of color through their first year of college. Bianca is a member of the Connecticut College Gospel Choir as well as serving as the club's treasurer. She is also the treasurer for the Connecticut College Psi Chi Chapter, the Psychology National Honor Society.

Over the summer, Bianca interned at Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey researching child internet victimization and life without parole for juveniles. Bianca plans go to graduate school to pursue a master's degree in forensic psychology.
