Daniel Ladner scholarship fund holding fund raiser
The Daniel Ladner "D-Lad" Memorial Scholarship Fund is having a fund raiser mixer from 5 to 9 p.m. Nov. 6. at Maniac Mike's Cafe at the Cable Airport, 1749 West 13th Street in Upland.
There will be food, music, a silent auction, raffle, t-shirts and baked goods.
Cost is $20 per person. Funds will go to scholarships for Upland High School students in memory of Daniel Ladner who died unexpectedly from Leukemia in 2007.
Donations can also be made directly to Daniel Ladner D-Lad Memorial Scholarship Fund At US Bank, 1669 North Mountain Avenue in Upland.
