Helping Out Pets Everday holding Second Annual Doggone-Walk-A-Thon

Helping Out Pets Everyday is holding their annual 5k Doggone-Walk-A-Thon November 14 at Sierra Vista Park at 2nd Avenue and 15th Street in Upland.

The walk will be along the Euclid Median.

Registration is at 8:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 9 a.m.

To participate a minimum pledge of $25 is required.

To register visit www.helpingoutpetseveryday.com through paypal. Registration and donations can be mailed to Helping Out Pets Everyday P.O. Box 2005 Upland, CA 91785.

Other donations can be made online as well.

Participants will receive gifts and can enter into a prize drawing for gift cards.

A portion of the proceeds will go toward the purchase of dog beds for the new Upland Animal Services Shelter in Memorial Park.

All dogs must be wearing a secure collar and a four to six-foot leash. Aggressive dogs are not permitted and children under 16 years-old need adult supervision.
