Last performances of "Elvis and Juliet" at The Grove Theatre

| |
Mary Willard's "Elvis and Juliet," which opened at the Grove Theatre in Upland on October 10, has only two weekends remaining.

"Elvis and Juliet" stars Fred Willard, known for his roles in the movie "Best in Show", television show "Everybody Loves Raymond" and 100 appearances on The Tonight show With Jay Leno, as the self proclaimed "King of the Elvis Impersonators."

Directed by Ted Lange, award winning director and actor who is beloved by thousands as Issac the bartender on The Love Boat, this is a story of two worlds colliding in 1989, the last year of the old Vegas - the Rat pack Vegas.

The son of an Elvis impersonator falls in love with the daughter of a Yale professor. The trouble begins when the Las Vegas father wants his son to join him in his Las Vegas revue, and the son wants to work for the government.

The performance Saturday is a fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

$10 of each ticket will go to the organization.

On Halloween, October 31, the audience is invited to come in costume.

There will be a special prize for the person who comes in the best Elvis costume.

Performances run through November 1 and are Saturdays at 7:29 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm.

Tickets to see "Elvis and Juliet" are $25 and $30, with senior and group rates available. Tickets can be purchased by calling (909) 920-4343, or by visiting The Grove's website at http://www.grovetheatre.com.
