Two bay area bands participating in Upland battle of the bands Thursday

The Letters to the Editors and Raya Nova, two popular bay area bands, will be visiting downtown Upland for the Upland Music and Arts Festival Battle of the Bands. 

The performance is at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the gazebo in Downtown Upland.
