Upland Community Partnership for Youth Development spaghetti dinner

The Upland Community Partnership for Youth Development is having a Vince's Spaghetti dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 17 at Pepper Tree Elementary School, 1045 W. 18th Street.

Bert and Rocky's Ice Cream will also be served.

There will be entertainment, raffle prizes, a silent auction and door prizes.

All proceeds will be used to support after school programs offered through the city's Recreation and Community Services Division.
