I belong to POMC a national Parents of Murdered Children. My son age 26 was murdered in Tucson, AZ in 2003 by an illegal immigrant. He was shot in the head after he hit a mail box running away from the killer and knocked himself out in the middle of an intersection of a mobile home park. The murderer then supposedly went up to him pulled his head up and shot him on top of the head with a 9mm gun. He was never deported, arrested. He claimed self defense. My son was murdered 70 feet from the immigrants residence outside of his property in the middle of the street. Where is Upland? I live in New Mexico and if you know of any closer organizations please let me know. Catherine
