Toastmasters club meets first and third Friday of the month

The Toastmasters Club 2330 "Success for Speakers" is inviting the public to their meetings held on the first and third Friday of the month at the International House of Pancakes, 80 N. Euclid Ave. in Upland.

The meetings are held in a private banquet room and teach participants how to create and present a well-planned speech, run a meeting with a planned agenda, use their voice for effectiveness, use proper gestures, keep the attention of those to whom they are speaking, gain new leadership skills and more.

Toastmasters International is a non-profit public speaking organization that also teaches management skills. There are currently over 3,000 Toastmasters clubs in the world.

I joined Toastmasters many years ago as a New Year's resolution to improve my public speaking skills and confidence.I continue to be a Toastmaster and improve advanced communication and leadership skills. It's a fun group!
