Fitness and health theme for Chamber's "First Friday" meeting

The Upland Chamber of Commerce's "First Friday" networking meeting of the new year will be from 7 to 8:30 a.m. Jan. 7 at the Carnegie Library, 123 E. D St., Upland.

The meeting is an early morning must for anyone seeking to network with other business owners and professionals. This meeting will be about fitness, nutrition, goals and a healthy body presented by Fitness Results.

Cost is $10 for members with reservations and $15 for prospective members.

The Ahmed Team-Blackstone Realty is sponsoring the meeting.

Breakfast will be provided by Buckboard BBQ & Grill.
