Toy run at Senior nursing and assisted living facility in Upland Friday

Heritage Park Nursing Center and Heritage Court Assisted Living will have their 1st annual toy run at 3:30 p.m. Friday in their courtyard, 275 Garnet Way in Upland.


Members of the public can drop off a new, unwrapped toy on or before Friday.


There will be holiday music, pastries as well as hot and cold refreshments.


Aztec riders motorcycle club will collect toys to donate to special needs children and needy families in the greater Los Angeles area.


Santa Claus will also attend the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to take a picture with him on a motorcycle.


Aztec riders motorcycle club has been donating toys during the holiday season since 2002.


They have donated to several toy runs for Pomona Hospital, Totally Kids Specialty Healthcare, Skid Row, Oxnard, Angeles Especiales of Lynwood, L.A. Mission and Abate.
