Musser to replace Pomierski as Upland Mayor
The Upland council on Monday night named Councilman Ray Musser the city's new mayor.
Musser replaces John Pomierski, who resigned last week from office amid an FBI investigation into alleged corruption in the city.
Just another old face leading the same old problems
Mr. Filippi voted his beliefs but was his vote or anyone elses vote representative of what the majority of citizens in Upland want ? Talk of transparency and honesty are just that talk. This man should open up his past to scrutiny, himself being investigated and by whom and why. It's true and he's hiding it. Ask him.
