Upland City Council meeting tonight

UPLAND - The City Council has several items to discuss during their meeting on Monday, including the city manager's performance.

A performance evaluation of City Manager Robb Quincey is on the agenda for closed session.

The council placed Quincey on paid leave of absence Jan. 4.

Newly appointed Mayor Ray Musser said he does not believe any official decisions will come out of the closed session discussion because Councilman Ken Willis is expected to miss Monday's meeting due to illness.
