Breast cancer awareness event at Upland High School
The Upland High School's National Honor Society will host "Art-B-Cause" from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday at the school, 565 W. 11th St.
The event, led by Alexa Nicole Fajardo, will raise money for breast cancer research.
There will be a raffle of artwork from high school students, performers and a dance floor.
Proceeds from the event will be sent to the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Inland Empire affiliate.
Admission is $2 and raffle tickets are $1.
