USC quarterback Mark Sanchez said he is “stronger than ever mentally as he returns to summer workouts and 7-on-7 passing drills following the district attorneys decision not to file sexual-assault charges.
Sanchez said he also feels improved physically this summer.
“The 7-on-7 is the best Ive thrown in awhile, Sanchez said. “I havent been second-guessing myself.

Hes also more comfortable reading defenses.
“More than anything, Ive learned to eliminate receivers, like down from five to three, he said.
Sanchez said the ordeal of his arrest wont hinder him as he prepares for this season.
“Im feeling strong as ever and ready for anything, Sanchez said. “Im ready for anything. Thats the mentality I have to have.
As for any damage to his reputation, Sanchez said he cant worry about it.
“The people close to me, that know me, know what kind of person I am, he said. “I just need to trust in my family and myself. I was in the court of public opinion and I cant worry about that.
