X-rays on defensive end Brian Cushing revealed some fluid on the knee but it is not expected to be a problem for the game.

Defensive end Brian Cushing (sore knee) practiced with a knee brace and said he would probably wear it for the next two days. He wants to play the game without the brace.

USC coach Pete Carroll said the offense’s shoddy performance Wednesday was the result of practicing in rain and windy conditions.
“We were affected by the rain and wind,” Carroll said. “They came back today and chucked it around today.”
