Football Awards

Senior defensive Sedrick Ellis and senior tight end Fred Davis shared team most valuable players. Ellis, a two-time All-American, and Davis, the Mackey Award winner, became USCs first co-MVPs since Paul McDonald and Charles White shared the award in 1979.

Bob Chandler Award (underclassman with outstanding athletic ability, academic achievement and character): safety Kevin Ellison
John McKay Award (underclassman with the most competitive spirit): defensive tackle Christian Tupou
