A surprisingly small number of Mitch Mustain questions.

Q: Are we going to see Nick Perry playing as a true freshman just as E. Griffen did? Who else will be playing at weakside DE?

A: Right now it sure looks like it, especially with some inexperience at the defensive end spots to begin with. He never got much credit, but Alex Morrow used to play quite a bit and now he’s gone too. Griffen will start at weakside DE and of course, Clay Matthews will also move to DE in passing situations.

Q: Any stand outs so far at DT?

A: Tupou’s looked good, especially with so many reps because Spicer is out for spring practice. He’s going to be in the mix next year quite a bit.

Q: When will the numbers be assigned to the new recruits?

A: It should happen right after spring.
