How is it that Cal will make the NCAA Tournament with a team that lost Ryan Anderson and Devon Hardin and is actually better than a year ago? Why can’t USC make a similar statement?

Moving Up
Former USC basketball player and assistant coach Damaine Powell, now coaching at Cal State Dominguez Hills, won a share of the conference title last night and can it outright with a victory tonight at Humboldt State. His is 21-5, the most victories in school history.
Turning Point?
