USC beat UCLA, but again USC allowed a typical late rally. UCLA cut the deficit to five points at 60-55 with 65 seconds left. So why was the game so close?
“(Because) we didn’t make free throws, and we had 24 turnovers,” Tim Floyd said.
USC made just 16 of 30 free throws.
